Lonie Buchner has been a licensed Auctioneer since 1992 and, in that capacity, has been an expert witness for the state of Florida DBPR, FDLE, and in 1999, for the Delaware Justice Department.  Lonie has held Real Estate Broker’s licenses in Colorado and Florida with a total of over 35 years experience in the real estate business.  The combination of the Broker's and Auctioneer's licenses has allowed Lonie to become very qualified to both broker and auction real estate.  He was born in Colorado Springs, Colorado and graduated from The University of Denver with a degree in accounting and has worked as an auditor, real estate broker, auctioneer and personal property appraiser with GPPA, AARE, and CES designations.  As the owner of Estate Brokers of Florida and co-owner of Private Collections Auctions, Lonie is active in the community, serving on the Osprey Revitalization Board.

Nancy Buchner is a co-owner of Private Collections Auctions and a Realtor holding her license with Estate Brokers of Florida.  Nancy is responsible for the marketing and advertising for both entities and was a fine arts major at Indiana University.  Nancy was born in Hammond, Indiana and has held a Broker’s license in Indiana and has over 25 years experience in the real estate business.  Nancy is one of a very few Realtors to hold the Certified Estate Specialist designation as well as having GPPA and CES designations.  Nancy serves the community in the capacity of a board member of the Osprey Citizens Committee.

Lonie and Nancy have lived in Osprey, Florida since 1987.  Their hobbies are fishing, beach going and family.
