Estate Brokers of Florida would like to thank our staff and everyone who attended for a very successful auction!  

These properties were sold, without reserves, to the highest bidders upon the order of  the Tampa District Bankruptcy Court and subject to that court's final approval. The current MLS “price” is the current assessed value by Sarasota County tax records and is not necessarily reflective of market value. The buyer will be given clear title with no liens or encumbrances upon closing. The properties were sold “as is, where-is” with no guarantees or warranties of any kind.

The Bankruptcy Court will need to approve all of the sales. The hearing is set for December 17, 2007 for this to occur. Therefore, we offered these properties to the highest bidders subject to the court's approval and an entry of an order confirming the sales.

This auction was conducted by Fisher Auction Company, Inc., who was the auctioneer and lead company. Estate Brokers of Florida, Inc. was the Real Estate Broker of record for this sale and was assisting Fisher Auction Company, Inc.
